Within this role you will need to feel confident in giving feedback to others, and you will need to demonstrate your passion and enthusiasm for creating an extraordinary customer and Team Member experience.

In addition, you’ll be highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and strong relationship management skills, an in depth knowledge of tailoring as well as complex alterations and dealing with customer service issues.
