Job Introduction

We are looking for a Brand Specialist to join the Fragrance department in our Trafford store. The Fragrance department sits within our incredible new beauty hall that we very proudly unveiled in 2018.

A bit about the role

A brand guru, a role model and a benchmark for excellence, you’ll be many different things to your team as a Brand Specialist. You’ll boost the team’s product knowledge, inspire exceptional levels of customer service and maximise productivity. You’ll keep your own product knowledge up to date, understanding about new and up-coming trends and regularly monitoring competitor activity. Not to mention liaising with Buyers and Merchandisers to make sure we have the right products in the right place at the right time.

A bit about you

An experienced retailer, you’ll have a keen commercial mind, proven sales skills and plenty of flair and initiative. Above all, you’ll know how to pass on your expertise to others and contribute to a polished, passionate, cohesive team that’s motivated to achieve exacting standards.
