Service Manager - Women's Accessories

We are recruiting for a Service Manager to join the Women's Accessories team at Selfridges Trafford. This is on a 9 month FTC basis.
Know The Role
The main purpose of the Service Manager role is to support the Department Managers and Sales Managers in driving world class service by taking ownership for ensuring seamless customer interactions and shop floor operations on a day to day basis. You’ll spend most of your time on the shop floor working closely with customers and with the team, and your observations and feedback will support them in developing their service skills. You will be known as an ambassador for world class service, and you will have the opportunity to contribute to the overall strategy for driving service across the store.
Know What We're Looking For
You will be an authority when it comes to customer service, and you will have previous experience of engaging other people to deliver your vision. Within this role you will need to feel confident in giving feedback to others, and you will need to demonstrate your passion and enthusiasm for creating an extraordinary customer experience. In addition, you’ll be highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and strong relationship management skills.
