Job Introduction

Key Purpose:

To provide key support to internal and external stakeholders to assist them in the various stages of team member contribution & concessions procedures.

A bit about the role

Role Scope:

  • To act as a central point of contact for supplier funding and concessions requests.

Internal Engagement

  • Support key internal stakeholders by assisting with supplier or concession responses and providing information and advice on the concessions and supplier funding process. E.g. Legal, buying, London Finance, Credit Control.

External Engagement

  • Point of contact for external stakeholders in order to build relationships and assist them with concessions and supplier funding queries.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Team Member Contribution

  • You will be required to process daily requests for agreements and contracts and track these to secure the final completed contract.
  • To organise and file all communication relating to each request, to maintain a database spreadsheet for all internal and external customers.
  • Regular review of non-completed contract issues, notifying relevant internal departments of such issues.
  • You will be required to participate in regular meetings with key stakeholders to update on the progress of uncompleted TMC contracts.
  • Regular ‘housekeeping’ of the system, ensuring that all communication is filed efficiently and issues resolved within set timescales

 

     Concessions

  • To monitor the concessions database and ensure set up, amendments and exits are actioned in a timely manner
  • You will be responsible for monitoring the sales that fail to post to the accounts. Also sliding scale arrangements. This will require monitoring, investigation and raising the resulting manual adjustments.
  • To confidently deal with all general queries for concessions. Eg Sales discrepancies, vat queries, explaining the self billing process & invoices.
  • To ensure all paperwork is printed, collated and posted to all concessions accurately each week.

A bit about you

Qualifications/ Training

  • Obtained at least C level in GCSE Math and English.

 

Experience

  • Excellent customer service / Admin skills
  • Both commercial and financial accounting experience. Ideally studying for financial qualifications.

 

Technical Skills

  • Essential knowledge of MS Excel and other MS Office applications (i.e. Word, PowerPoint Access Database).
