As a Concierge Consultant, you will:

  • Work closely with the Deputy Head Concierge to ensure flawless service on the shop floor.
  • Curate extraordinary experiences that exceed expectations, anticipating needs with curiosity and intuition.
  • Resolve client concerns with discretion, empathy, and professionalism, knowing when to involve senior management.
  • Share your expertise across Selfridges’ unique departments, inspiring customers and colleagues with your knowledge.
  • Create and share stories that bring the Selfridges experience to life, leaving lasting impressions with every interaction.
