Job Introduction

The Partnerships Operations Coordinator will be working to support the execution of activations and campaigns booked by our brand partners. The role is integral to the actualisation of brand partnerships with an operational focus,

How you’ll do it…you will be

The key responsibilities:

•Track all legal deliverables confirmed by partnerships managers, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining records (e.g., screenshots and proof of delivery)

•Facilitation and management of all legal documentation including supplier contracting and compliance

.•Upload and track revenue data, ensuring accurate creation and management of invoices, liaising with accounts payable to resolve invoicing and accounting queries efficiently

•Manage print and digital assets, including receiving, reviewing, gaining approvals, and sharing with external suppliers

•Collate activation results and prepare detailed post-campaign reports to be shared with brand partners

•Maintain up-to-date internal and external documents, saving them in appropriate locations for easy access. Ensure all decks and presentations reflect the latest information

•Management of media-site booking system – overseeing calendar planning and production processes, including supplying artwork specifications and achieving creative approvals•Internal stakeholder relationship management – in particular the Selfridges legal, windows and marketing teams.

Candidate traits and experience:

•Excel proficiency.

•PowerPoint proficiency – in order to support the team with key documents and presentations in brand conversations.

•Works well in a team and enjoys supporting a team goal.

•Relevant degree and experience working within the marketing/retail/advertising environment, legal experience also helpful (but not essential).

•Confident and self-motivated – able to take responsibility of process to support the realisation of brand partner activations.

•Interest in the Selfridges brand and values.
