Key responsibilities
Provide a warm, attentive, and professional service to all guests
Take orders accurately and serve food and drinks efficiently
Prepare and serve drinks to a high standard (bartenders)
Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming environment
Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily service
Support with stock, set-up, and closing duties as required
