Job Introduction

What is the role?

The role  will be responsible for owning and administrating our Workforce Planning  systems and   processes to drive efficiency, productivity, and Team Member engagement. You’ll work collaboratively with Workforce System Manager and Internal/External Stakeholders to work closely  and execute systems service and troubleshooting. You will be subject matter expert in Workforce Solution and Jira ticket resolutions.

As Workforce System Administrator you will:

Supervise and ensure the seamless operation and availability of new and existing system functionality via UAT testing and troubleshooting.

•Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues raised by internal stakeholders

•Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation for system administration and procedural workflows

•Development and implement repeatable, solutions, utilising version control best practices.

•Assist in the management and operation of JIRA services, providing support to the team.

•Maintenance and housekeeping of employee record with in Workforce Management solution.

•Advice and support training team by building and validating training materials for WFM functionality changes.
