A bit about the role

A BIT ABOUT THE ROLE  

 

As our new Project Consultant, you will be part of the recently formed Customer Engagement Programme Team, which is focused on a range of initiatives to retain and grow our customer base.

As part of this, you will: 

Based in our London Duke Street offices, you will be reporting to the Senior Lead in a range of activities across our CREATE, CLIENTELE and CONNECT work streams. The role is varied, and deliverables will range from;

  • Facilitating workshops
  • Mapping out cross-functional ways of working/processes
  • Managing and supporting the delivery of the plan
  • Creating stakeholder documentation
  • Help create and support clear project plans

A bit about you

A BIT ABOUT YOU  

  • You’ll have relevant experience in delivery of business projects to deadlines
  • You’ll be highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • You’ll be skilled in structured process design and analysis, with the ability to identify business impacts
  • You’ll have excellent presentation & facilitation skills
  • You’ll be experienced in stakeholder analysis and management
  • You’ll be able to achieve results through people
  • You’ll have an interest and passion for customer experience and retail
  • You’ll be competent in the use of relevant pc packages (e.g. Excel, PPT)
