Liaising with senior management, brand specialists and service managers on a daily basis you will deliver a seamless administration supportive experience. You will be responsible for a wide range of responsibilities from generating detailed retail reports, careful input of payroll information onto a database for the store to organising induction plans for our new retail managers.

Using your passion for what you do, you’ll work confidently with the retail operations team and external partners to deliver exceptional service. You will use your natural curiosity to stay ahead of the latest industry trends by taking every opportunity to expand your knowledge.

A bit about you

Your passion and confidence will set you apart. With unparalleled organisational skills and proven administrative experience, you will thrive in a busy and fast paced environment. When consulting with the wider retail administrative team and alongside all other areas of the retail business you’ll take real pride in delivering a personalised and professional service. With a keen eye for detail, you’ll bring your personality to the forefront ensuring you are consistently delivering an extraordinary service to your external and internal stakeholders. You will always look to genuinely connect with your customers while always thinking creatively to bring your ideas to life. A true desire to share and build upon your already expert range of administrative and communication skills will see you work well within a team. You’ll also be willing to embrace opportunities to develop your talent independently in order to offer quality and reassurance to all of your customers.
