Job Introduction

Reporting to the Senior Change Lead, you will work with key stakeholders within the Change Team and across the business to create and implement best practice principles for delivering and governing change.

A bit about the role

  • Establishing and managing change governance, including reporting, quality assurance and knowledge management across the Change team.
  • Working with Change Leads and their teams to implement and embed the use of best practice approaches and documentation in change delivery.
  • Owning Change team SharePoint environment and Yammer group, including structure and maintenance.
  • Working collaboratively with Portfolio Management Office to ensure change governance and project governance are aligned and work harmoniously.
  • Manage agenda and organisation of key business engagement forums.
  • Manage the administration of resource forecasting and recruitment for the Change team.
  • Manage the administration of the Change team budget.
  • Support delivery of key change projects/strategic initiatives, where required.

A bit about you

  • Exceptional organisational skills and proficient in using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrable experience of building relationships with senior management-level stakeholders.
  • A self-starter who can drive an initiative from brief through to completion.
  • Experience in organising and facilitating workshops.
  • A clear understanding of core change management activities.
  • Previous experience of either working within a Programme/Portfolio Management Office or a Change Management Office (desirable).
