Are you passionate about customer service? Here at Selfridges we are looking for Retail Sales Associates to share their passion for our products whilst delivering a truly extraordinary shopping experience.

20 hour contract - Needed to work 5 hours over 4 days

15 hour contract - Needed to work 5 hours over 3 days 

A bit about the role

Every day at Selfridges we strive to surprise, amaze and amuse our customers. With visitors from all over the world it will be your role to ensure that Selfridges is the ultimate shopping destination in Birmingham for your clients and customers. 

Here at Selfridges, we provide multiple learning programmes to help you get the best out of your retail career. You will also have the opportunity to meet various brand partners which will enable you to extend your profile in the retail industry.

We are looking for committed, passionate and ethusiastic team players with a positive attitude that enjoy interacting with people and have the confidence to deliver unique service to our customers.
