A bit about the role

Here at Selfridges VAT Lounge you’ll be tasked with delivering a world class luxury experience every step of the way.  With clients and customers from all over the world, your role will include processing VAT returns whilst building strong relationships and working with your team to ensure every customer’s need is met.

A bit about you

You will be passionate about customer service, process driven, have an acute attention to detail and enjoy interacting with an array of multicultural visitors. We are currently looking for a Mandarin speaker to add extra value to our team.
