Brand Manager - Beauty Workshop

Job Introduction

It's an exciting year here at Selfridges Trafford, especially for our beauty department. We are re-vamping to whole look and feel of it, and introducing some very exciting new brands at the same time. As a result, we have created a number of brand new roles.

A bit about the role

The Selfridges Beauty Workshop isn’t just home to the newest trends in hair, beauty and skin care, it’s also a one-stop-shop for a range of unique beauty services and products.

Working as part of our Trafford Beauty Workshop team, you'll support the Department Manager and Training & Service Manager in driving world class service by taking ownership for ensuring seamless customer interactions and shop floor operations on a day to day basis. 

You'll deliver and drive an extraordinary customer experience, meeting sales and profit targets whilst motivating others to achieve their targets through the delivery of exceptional product knowledge and service.

You'll support the Department Manager to lead the team, supporting with reviews and leading by example at all times.

The Brand Manager will also drive social media for the beauty workshop division.

You’ll have a wealth of experience in a retail environment, with a passion for beauty products and the ability to meet sales and service measures. You'll look for ways to motivate and lead your team, thinking creatively to drive them to deliver an extraordinary shopping experience.
