A bit about the role

KNOW THE ROLE

As our Recruitment Manager you will lead of team of recruiters and partner closely with Senior Business leaders giving guidance on building talent pools and leading through changing market conditions. You will create customized sourcing strategies that scale, lead teams to build quality talent pipelines, and drive our sourcing strategy. Reporting into the Director of Resourcing you will be able to effectively provide thought leadership, set benchmarks, analyse data/metrics, and understand how to prioritize your team’s workloads. As a Senior Leader in our business you will draw on extensive knowledge of Talent Acquisition and functional areas of the business, forging relationships with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners. You will have a reputation for being exceptional at building market intelligence, leading client/account management, prioritization, reporting and understanding the value of providing exceptional recruiting at volume.
