Job Introduction

We are currently looking to recruit an IT Service Desk Analyst within our service desk team based in Leicester. This successful candidate will be committed to providing excellent support for our staff throughout Selfridges stores and back offices.

Know The Role

The Service Desk Analyst is responsible for providing IT support services. You will be providing first line resolution of IT issues and queries as well as escalating problems to the relevant internal support teams and external partners. Desire to work in a fast paced environment is key.

Working 37.5 hours over a 5 days a week which will include working some weekends. The earliest you’ll start will be 8am for a 7.5 hour shift and the latest you’ll finish is 10:30pm.

We are looking for an enthusiastic team player with a passion for IT and Customer service. Experience of working within Retail oran IT service desk and ITIL practice is an advantage. As you will be working in a fast paced environment the ability to adapt is key.
