To support the Head of Studio Operations in successfully managing the high volume imagery workflow of all e-commerce assets produced for Selfridges.com. This role will be the owner of all third party image and workflow management partners, being a leader in best practice when it comes to image asset management for a fast paced and large scale image operation.

Based in our Duke Street offices you’ll provide a unique and tailored service in Creative team to customers internally and externally, going beyond the ordinary to create moments that cannot be experienced elsewhere. Working in the Creative Team you’ll share your knowledge through unique Selfridges stories.

 

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

  • High volume image asset management and relationship owner for third party studio partners, brand supplied assets and off shore post production agencies.
  • Department image workflow owner for efficient and timely upload of image assets for 160,000 products annually in a fast paced e-commerce Photostudio environment.
  • Day to day running of the image asset management team including image upload and image workflow processes.
  • Management and mentorship of full time and freelance image coordinators
  • Ownership of the automated image asset management software from development to upgrades throughout all users.
  • Image management queries across all internal stakeholders with a can-do attitude.
  • Owner of all imagery related special projects.

  • Minimum 3 years management experience in an e-commerce Photostudio environment

  • Solid technical experience using image workflow systems and Scene 7
  • Firm but friendly approach to dealing with external stakeholders
