To support the Head of Studio Operations by leading the e-commerce Photostudio Production team for commercial and quality excellence. To ensure a holistic approach to effective production, KPI and capacity management in a fast paced and large scaled e-commerce Photostudio operation. The role will continuously be looking for ways to stay ahead and be adept to making quick commercial decisions to rapid production planning.

Based in our Oxford Street offices you’ll provide a unique and tailored service in Creative team to customers internally and externally, going beyond the ordinary to create moments that cannot be experienced elsewhere. AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

  • Day to day running of the Photostudio Production team to ensure maximum studio productivity in peak and non-peak periods.
  • High volume production planner, leading the planning and scheduling of 110,000 products annually across all divisions shot in-house.
  • Management and mentoring of a team of full time and freelance production managers and production coordinators.
  • Cascading and briefing of photographic shoot requirements to relevant teams
  • Workflow and process management to ensure maximum studio productivity, maintaining cost per product and time to site KPIs.
  • Produce test shoots according to business needs.
  • Scouting for freelance talent that is on brand and produces top quality work.
  • Working closely with Photographic and Styling Managers, Digital Trading, Marketing, B&M and Social for the delivery of special photographic shoot projects, brand launches and priorities on time and on budget.
  • Owner of urgent and out of hours shoot production requirements according to business needs.
