Retail Sales Associate, Toys - Christmas Temp

Job Introduction

As a Retail Sales Associate for our Toy Department, you will have a passion for toys, technology and fun with an objective to produce extraordinary customer experiences. You will do much more than just meet expectations. Instead, you’ll provide a bespoke service to customers from all over the world, whilst taking enormous pride in maintaining our high standards, driving sales and hitting targets. Our customers expect impeccable service delivered by people with a genuine passion for Toys and a thorough knowledge of our products, could you be the one to deliver this?

A bit about the role

You will share your knowledge to deliver an experience for our customers through unique Selfridges and brand stories. You will provide a level of service and advice that fulfils our customers’ shopping needs and makes them feel special. This will be through your passion, your product knowledge and your attention to detail. Team work will be at the forefront of your role. You will work confidently with the Brand Specialists and Service Managers to collectively deliver exceptional service and store standards. You will use your natural curiosity to stay ahead of the latest trends by taking every opportunity to expand your product knowledge within the world of Toys.

As well as having the ability to work well as part of a team, you’ll be willing to embrace opportunities to build your impeccable sales skills in order to offer quality and reassurance to all of our customers.
