A bit about the role

We are currently looking to recruit a Service Desk Analyst within our support team based in Leicester. This successful candidate will be committed to providing excellent support for our staff throughout Selfridges stores and back offices. The Service Desk Analyst is responsible for providing IS support services to all customers who raise a request using the phone, email or other means. You will be providing first line resolution of IT issues and queries as well as escalating problems to the relevant support teams when needed. Desire to work in a fast paced environment is key.

A bit about you

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about providing high levels of customer service and takes pride in doing so. As you will be working in a fast paced environment the ability to adapt is key. Training on all IS systems will be given but any knowledge or experience of supporting IS or working within a customer service role is advantageous.
