A bit about the role

Supporting the CRM team, the role will design and develop a wide variety of email communications for the Selfridges customer. Emails will incorporate brand, marketing, seasonal campaigns, store news and BAU messaging.

As a CRM Email Designer & Developer, you will: 

  • Fully support the CRM team, designing and building email campaigns that meet the brief’s requirements and deadlines
  • Work closely with the broader Multimedia team to ensure creative output is aligned
  • Ensure all campaigns are optimised for all browsers and devices
  • Source additional imagery and assets where content is not readily available
  • Provide forward thinking ideas and concepts to innovate and evolve marketing campaigns
  • Work with CRM Manager to identify creative A/B testing opportunities
  • Ensure best practises are adopted for all email campaign output

A bit about you

  • Highly skilled in HTML coding with a minimum of one years’ experience
  • Experience in small and large-scale projects
  • Experience in  Adobe Photoshop CC
  • Strong conceptual thinking
  • Salesforce experience desired but not essential
  • Ability to prioritise and multitask in a fast paced environment
  • Awareness of contemporary digital design whilst maintaining brand guidelines
