You will do much more than just meet expectations. Instead, you’ll provide a bespoke service to customers from all over the world, while you take enormous pride in maintaining our high standards, driving sales and hitting targets. Our customers expect impeccable service delivered by people with a genuine passion for a range of brands 

Working as Personal Shopping Assistant, you will be supporting our shopper team you’ll share your knowledge through unique Selfridges and brand stories. The Assistant will support with booking clients and ensuring everything is to hand on the day for all personal shops. Using your passion for what you do, you’ll work confidently with the shopper and wider personal shopping team to deliver exceptional service and store standards. You will use your natural curiosity to stay ahead of the latest trends by taking every opportunity to expand your product knowledge.

We are looking for someone who is organised to support with bookings and organisation of clients. You’ll have genuine passion for service inside and out with a natural curiosity to discover and explore more about all the brands we work with in store to share with others. Bringing your personality to the service experience you will always look to genuinely connect with your customers while thinking creatively to bring their extraordinary shopping experience to life.
