Job Introduction

The Selfridges team entrance is the first port of call for many of our visitors and team members. Therefore we are looking for someone who takes pride in delivering a personalised and professional service to each and every individual who walks through the door. 

A bit about the role

As a Reception & Locker Room Assistant your duties include;

  • Welcoming a high volume of visitors and team members
  • Issuing visitor passes
  • Operating cloakroom services
  • Managing our state of the art locker system
  • Overseeing the general cleanliness of staff areas

A bit about you

It’s important that you are able to build strong working relationships both internally and externally. We are looking for someone who has a genuine passion for customer service, good administration skills and who is able to work well under pressure.
