A bit about the role

We are looking for an Associate Product Owner to work within the Customer Experience team of our E-Commerce platform. The role will focus on supporting the Product Owner in delivering the product roadmap, vision and KPIs within an Agile/SCRUM framework, working cross functionally with both internal and external stakeholders to drive front and back end improvements and operational efficiency. Additional responsibilities include project management of internal and third-party partnership initiatives, management of seasonal and ad hoc promotional campaigns and operational support across the business.

As Associate Product Owner you will:

•Assist the Product Owner in populating and maintaining the product backlog
•Ensure product backlog items are written to a high standard, working with the delivery team and internal stakeholders to refine and estimate backlog items, ensuring acceptance criteria are captured accurately and understood
•Assist the Product Owner in facilitating stakeholder workshops to bottom out requirements for backlog items
•Assist Product Owner to ensure the roadmap, vision and KPIs are being delivered
•Assist Product Owner in coordinating user assisted testing and training
•Project management of partnership and internal initiatives, working cross functionally with internal and third-party stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate end to end delivery
•Set up, testing and operational support of online promotional campaigns
•Work with internal stakeholders to align on best practices and facilitate cross functional ways of working

A bit about you

•You will have excellent attention to detail and time management skills,
•A collaborative attitude with the ability to build strong relationships and
•Be passionate about delivering a high quality customer experience.
•You will have an inquisitive nature, be keen to learn, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
•You will be comfortable dealing with and explaining technical concepts related to product development, systems architecture and process flows.
•You should have strong data handling skills, including a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
•Knowledge of JIRA or equivalent software development tools is an advantage but not essential.
