A bit about the role
Working in our team within the Foodhall, you’ll share your knowledge through unique Selfridge's stories, advise customers on their choices, pick out products to match and instinctively know what is suitable for each individual. Using your passion for what you do, you’ll work confidently with the Brand Specialists and Service Managers to deliver exceptional service and store standards. You will use your natural curiosity to stay ahead of the latest trends by taking every opportunity to expand your product knowledge.

You’ll have genuine passion for food products inside and out with a natural curiosity to discover and explore more about our collections to share with others. Bringing your personality to the service experience you will always look to genuinely connect with your customers while thinking creatively to bring their extraordinary shopping experience to life. As well as having the ability to work well as part of a team, you’ll be willing to embrace opportunities to build your impeccable sales skills in order to offer quality and reassurance to all of our customers and maintain solid awareness of everything from runway shows to the moment the item hits our shop floor.
