A bit about the role
Providing an alterations service to all our customers, you’ll use your understanding of garment construction and different fabrics to carry out accurate fittings and alterations that meet and exceed their expectations. You’ll build great customer relationships and you’ll use your knowledge of fashion and brands to help maximise sales.

An expert in alterations, you’ll be hands-on and proactive. Your love of clothes will mean you inspire those around you, including your customers, and you’ll be comfortable talking to them about everything from alteration costs to the latest brands. When it comes to technical tailoring, you’ll take your time and solve problems but you’ll also thrive in a fast paced environment.
