Job Introduction
Executes the Selfridges customer experience in relation to hospitality and a full range of in store services. Blends the strategic with the operational, leading from the front and being hands-on in the delivery of the vision
A bit about the role
- Monitor Restaurant P&L and deliver appropriate actions to maximise performance
- Seek out opportunities to maximise Restaurant performance now and in the future
- Analyses and interprets product, market and customer dynamics/behaviours and translates these into effective strategy and implementation
- Manage payroll budget and take action to reduce/increase payroll in order to maximse profit
- Ensure that all Restaurants adhere to legislative requirements such as Fire Safety, Food Safety and Health & Safety
- Promotes and develops a collaborative working relationship with the Foodhall team

- In depth knowledge and a passion for food & restaurants with the ability to thrive in a fast paced and best in class organisation
- Highly driven, possess exceptional communication skills and be commercially minded with the ability to deliver to tight deadlines
- Ability to influence and gain buy in from multiple stakeholders both internally and externally
- Able to collaborate with all areas of the business e.g. taking part in cross store / functional meetings / projects as appropriate
