Support the Fashion Lead with delivering Accessories Marketing strategy, with a particular focus upon Accessories Campaigns and support in delivering annual Fashion Real Estate and Brand Contribution targets
 

A bit about the role

Manage Accessories Marketing Activity – Core and Campaign:


Successful delivery of Accessories marketing plans including:

 

  • Coordinate relevant marketing insights
  • Preparation of relevant brief/s
  • Briefing and management of relevant media suppliers and partners
  • Delivery of cross-functional market-leading Accessories Marketing strategy ensuring maximum marketing effectiveness and media efficiencies vs. identified KPIs
  • Briefing, monitoring and managing performance vs. identified KPIs
  • Reporting: Evaluating and communicating progress and performance
  • Support alignment and integration of Accessories Marketing activity with key internal and external stakeholders including, Brand Partners, Insights, International, Buying and Merchandising, Regional Stores, Retail Operations, Online Trade and Finance
  • Support the delivery of relevant Masterplan projects
  • Cross-functional alignment with B&M teams on identification and tactical support for key Accessories product stories across all marketing channels

 

Project Manage Accessories Marketing Annual Real Estate Strategy:

  • Strategically plan and project manage annual Accessories Real Estate calendar in collaboration with Brand Partners and Fashion Marketing Project Manager
  • Review and report period and quarterly category targets: identify risk/s and resolutions including stretch targets
  • Weekly alignment and reporting with Fashion Marketing Project Manager

Brand Management:

  • Strategic and tactical communication and planning
  • Establishing credible relationships with key brand contacts

A bit about you

• Experience and understanding of retail landscape 
• Proven experience within a retail environment 
• Experience of working in a matrix driven organisation

Technical Skills:


• Competent in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
