A bit about the role

The Safe Deposit Deputy Manager will contribute to the delivery of world class service by ensuring that they are always available to both customers and visitors to the department. Ensuring accounts are opened and maintained to the highest standard and within the MLRO guidelines and that all policies and procedures are followed. The Safe Deposit Deputy Manager will be responsible for the day to day running of the department and take pride in ensuring that the customer experience is complimented by impeccable department standards, seamless operations and a team that have everything they need to consistently exceed our customers’ expectations.

A bit about you

You will have supervised a team and have worked in a admin, banking or security role. Using your in depth experience of complaint handling you will be able to drive excellent customer service throughout your team, leading an inspiring them.

Your confidence and initiative when dealing with customer will set you apart. You will ensure that all processes and procedures are correctly adhered to, including till procedures: cashing up, refunds and exchanges, security, health and safety. You will be responsible for reviewing and resetting procedures and you will take real pride in delivering a personalised and professional service. As the Deputy Manager you will have genuine passion for customer service with a natural curiosity to discover and explore more about the safety deposit business area.
