Underpinning this is the ability to promote the company values, to lead the team to live them and exceed individual and departmental indicators.

This is a key role delivering extraordinary customer experiences and constantly maintaining excellent standards through managing and developing the team and role modelling Selfridges’ values. With a hands-on approach, flexible management style and treating their department as if it was their own business, the Senior Assistant Restaurant Manager will be accountable for owning and delivering department objectives including sales, stock-loss and payroll, Spotlight scores and ensuring our company values and principles remain the foundation of team behaviour and interaction with customers.
